Issues #1 – Games and Programs are not visible
Upon Receiving Tablet
Please Follow initial Set-Up instructions Provided
This Will also Allow You Access to the Games and other system and internet programs included in the Tablet
Step 1: Enter Settings
Step 2: Open Developer Options
Step 3: Select “install Apps”
Step 4: Hold Down Power Button & Select “Reboot”
Step 5: Wait for Reboot
Step 6: After Reboot, it will ask you to setup your “Pin” and email recovery
Step 7: It will take you to “Kid Palace”, where you can choose which programs to install.
Step 8: This is also where it will ask you for a PIN. (Please make sure to write it down)
Issues #2 – Google Play Store is not visible or not working correctly
